Shipping Policy
史丹利 ships to addresses in Canada. Standard shipping is free for every order with no minimum purchase.
Processing time
We process orders in 1–2 business days. The order cutoff is 5:00 PM Eastern Time; orders after cutoff enter the next business day's processing queue. We do not process orders on weekends or Canadian public holidays. Processing time is the time before handoff to the carrier, not transit time.
Transit and total estimate
Standard transit after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days. Together, processing plus transit gives an estimated 5–8 business days from order placement to delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking and delivery issues
We provide a tracking number after shipment. If an order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or delivered to the wrong address, contact us so we can investigate and explain the available options. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will seek your agreement to a delay or offer cancellation and a refund as required.
